Abstract This study provides empirical evidence to the body of knowledge in Agile methods adoption small, medium and large organizations international context. research explores factors involved software development organizations. A survey was conducted among professionals gather data from 52 seven countries across world. Statistical techniques are applied towards assessment. Organizational culture, team structure management support found be crucial success whereas lack support, a organization size traditional organizational culture detrimental for approach an organization. The selection appropriate method depends on project and, each size, there specific preferred by different enterprises. Providing better control over work is viewed as primary advantage within small organizations, while medium-size priority switched coping with changing user requirements. Majority respondents did not consider embracing agile reason failure which indicates that are, indeed, beneficial.
